Most Pfaltzgraff stoneware and porcelain patterns are dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a low-heat drying cycle and avoiding abrasive detergents to preserve the finish. For items with metallic accents, hand washing is required.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 90-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress to your doorstep.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Pfaltzgraff provides a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all dinnerware sets. This covers issues like glaze bubbling or structural cracks not caused by accidental drops or misuse.
